Please Help Me! Itchy Butt?

Ok i don’t know if i have hemorrhoids or parasites or whatever! I’m starting to get worried. I’ve had it for 5 years so far i started in 3rd grade. I told my mom in 3rd grade and she helped apply some medicine, but it came back soon after but i didn’t notice until 6th grade. During 6th grade my parents didn’t have a job anymore and i was too afraid to tell them because we would lose a drastic amount of money if they brought me to the doctors. Right now i’m 14 and i’m trying to find a cure myself but first i don’t even know what is it! It really itchy inside and outside my buttcrack..and it’s kind of peeling along the the sides of my buttcheeks (like where the hole is separating the 2 cheeks each side is peeling.) Most of the time after i wipe my butt there’s blood, but it doesn’t always happen. Also i sometimes feel little bumps along the sides of my buttcheeks ( where the hole is separating the 2 cheeks) I really can’t tell my parents because right now we still dont have much money. It would be amazing if you guys could help (:
Actually i did notice after 3rd grade but i thought it would go away, but it hasn’t. Now it’s itching like mad every now and then, and it doesn’t just itch during the night, it can be during the mornind
g afternoon or night! And it itches sooo much! And when i itch it the skin peels off and it burns, i do get some diarrhea and constipation sometimes, and i wash regularly. But it keep ITCHING ITCHING ITCHINGGG.
