Create a video blog

Pregnancy causes hypertension and increases strain during bowel movements, so hemorrhoids are often associated with pregnancy.

Have high-fiber foods like green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and whole grain cereals (eg. wheat, barley, oats, corn, rice etc). Drinking more fluids is advisable.Avoid spicy food, alcohol, coffee and tea, which irritate and aggravate piles.

Avoid prolonged sitting or standing positions as it puts pressure on the anorectal region. Avoid using laxatives and should strictly limit time straining during bowel movement.

Now a days there are many herbal products are also available online like Himalaya Herbal's Pilex Tablet Ointment which relieves Piles faster than others. You can find it online on websites like -

You can consult your family doctor regarding this situation about herbal products.

Bye.. Take care...

Create a video blog...instantly.

I would probably talk to your doctor or midwife about it, they will probably recommended you put up with it until baby is born if they are not hurting. I got piles after my third was born due to pushing too hard. i can sympathises with you. all the best with the remainder of the pregnancy.

Well, the only thing you can do is have them removed. But, you really shouldn't bother because chances are all the pushing will give you some new ones!
Take care of them after the baby is born. Believe me, you will not care when you are in labor, it will not even cross your mind.
The staff has scene thousands of them!
