I have had one for some time now, but today the pain was excruciating and I noticed I have what appears to be another one. It is so painful. In order to avoid wasting any time on curing these, should I go to my normal physician or my gynecologist? Also…any recommendations on how to ease the pain until then?

ALSO: The past two years I have been having a lot of pain during sex, almost like an internal burning sensation. I have been sexually active for over 2 years and never experienced this pain before. Could this be a result of the hemorrhoids?

(I was recently tested for STDs so those are out of the question! thx)

Recently, 1 wk ago, I visited my primary doctor because of severe sharp continuous anal pains. Last year ‘08, I was raped by a close friend in the anal. Since then I’ve been in and out of hospitals. The first medication (Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1%) didn’t work at all, I visited another doctor which she said was Hemorrhoids so to ease the pain she recommended stool softner, Preparation H suppositories and cool wipes. I can say it didn’t really help but it was better than the first medicine prescribed. This 3rd doctor examine me and found that I had ‘torn tissues’ when they rub together, that’s why it hurts. He found lots of scratches and lines in my anal. He prescribed (Hydro Acetone) which works better than both medicines. I still shake with severe pains and sometimes its hard for me to walk. I don’t be constipated so the stools aren’t hard. I’ve never bled since the rape. I don’t know what to think of this. What is wrong here? He was a huge size. He used no lube with a grand amount of force. this was not consential.plz advise me. Because of him, I’m in and out of the hospital and docs office getting tested and examined for his stupid mistake!!! (Still, 1 year later). Also, its hard for me to play sports like I won’t to. This is glass like pains. The same pain I experienced the night of the rape. Thanks all.
