Last December I underwent a cystoctomy.
Since then I have suffered extremely painful bowel movements, resulting from severe constipation and ensuing fissures. I am much ‘easier’ now but never completely free of anal pains. I had assumed that this was hemorrhoidal brought about by the straining. Now I am beginning to wonder if it isn’t some sort of food allergy. Some days the sphinctre is tender and swollen………….and very painful to pass motions. yet on other days the swelling subsides and the pain far less.
Has anyone else sufferd this problem and can give me an answer as to the cause/cure?
