I have hemorrhoids and I don’t know what to do?

I googled cures and all it said was to have a high fibre diet or surgery, but it really hurts and I’m assuming the high fibre diet would take like a month. Is there any cream or anything to get rid of it or at least stop the pain while have a high fibre diet.
