Doctor visit – poor guy?

This guy goes to the doctor with a bad case of hemorrhoids. The doctor gives him a months worth of suppositories and tells him to return in 4 weeks.
The guy gets home and takes out the medicine – but he has never even seen suppositories before and doesn’t know what to do with them. So he asks his wife – who apparently never seen any before either. She says, Maybe you just melt them in your coffee?
So a month goes by and he returns to the doctor. The doctor asks, So, how have you been doing lately?
The guy says, Well, Doc – I gotta tell ya. That medicine was the worse tasting stuff I ever had – and for all the good they did for me, I might as well have just been shoving them up my rear end.

I was peeing and all of the sudden I felt a little pinch on my bottom. Then I noticed my hemorrhoid popped. It’s now smaller than usual. It was at the opening of my rectum, now its an external hemorrhoid and on the side of my rectum. It bled for about 10 minutes. It was bright red, and my mom said that means its normal. I felt no pain at all, which is weird. I’m not soar at all. What should I do? Is this normal?
