Stones in stool — is it connected to IBS? Please advise me i beg?

For the past 2 years i have suffered a great deal of stomach troubles and the gastroenterologists just kept saying its IBS. The IBS treatments failed to work and i notice stones in stool. Sometimes I have bloody stools too but no hemorrhoids. Is this all part of IBS?
i also have chronic fatigue and no appetite for food. when i eat i feel horrible
