Is there any solutions to Hemorrhoids?

I’ve been having constipation problems for more than first 10 years of my young life when it got really worse. Then I went to a doc and I discovered I had external hemorrhoids, he gave me medicine and got some checkups and he told me that it would take unto 2 years to recover. As of now it’s still not healed. At first I started having trouble sitting more than an hour and other problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome. But it got better, but recently I’ve been having problem with my bowel movements.

I still have the external hemorrhoids and I’ve been having trouble with bowel movement and it’s all happening recently all of the sudden. Now I don’t have money to go back to the doc and have checkups so is there any solutions? Do you know any natural methods or cures for this kind of problem?
