How do you get rid of hemorrhoids due to pregnancy?

I gave birth 2 1/2 weeks ago and I got hemorrhoids from pushing so hard during labor (sorry if this is gross!) They are really painful and it hurts to sit/walk/go to the bathroom. How do I get rid of them, or at least make them stop hurting?

32weeks pregnant with piles! How can i get rid of them before the babys born?
